Public Participation meeting will be held on MON 5/20/24 from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm @ St. John’s County Tax Collectors Office, Multipurpose Room at 725 Flora Branch Blvd, St. Johns, FL. The public is welcome to attend & participate to discuss the proposed application. You may also submit your comments electronically to the Representative for the Developer of this project: JBPro, Timothy Boehlein, PE, Project Manager, 3530 NW 43rd St., Gainesville FL 32606, phone: 352-375-8999 or email: tim.boehlein@jbpro.com. This non-zoning variance application requests to reduce the NORTH, EAST and WEST property line scenic edge buffer to 20’ in accordance with LDC Article VI, Section 6.06.02.G and 6.06.02.H due to the unusual shape of the property. We will discuss the proposed development, provide understanding on the variance process, share a conceptual plan, and receive comments from the public and adjacent property owners.

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. If you have any questions regarding the agenda please call County Administration at (904) 209-0530.
