Board of County Commissioners Meeting

St. Johns County Auditorium

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. If you have any questions regarding the agenda please call County Administration at (904) 209-0530.

PVZAB meets on the first Monday of each month at 3:00 PM in the St. Johns County Auditorium.

Northwest Communication Tower Citizens Advisory Board

Mills Field staff office

The Northwest Communication Tower Advisory Board meets twice a year (unless requests for funding are received more frequently) to review proposals for the expenditure of income derived from the lease of the Mills Field property.

IAFF #3865 Collective Bargaining Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, PURSUANT to Section 286.011, Florida Statutes, representatives of the Collective Bargaining Team of St. Johns County and representatives of the International Association of Firefighters Local #3865 will meet in public session for the purpose of collective bargaining contract negotiations.  The following meetings have been scheduled in the San Sebastian Conference Room:

Housing Finance Authority

The HFA meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 3pm in the Health & Human Services Building, except for November and December when the Authority meets on the 3rd Thursday of those month due to holidays

The St. Johns County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals hold monthly meetings on the third Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of the January and February meetings. The meetings will take place in the St. Johns County Permit Center located at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine

Tourist Development Council

The Tourist Development Council is required by the authorizing legislation to meet at least four times per year, but has chosen to meet more frequently. The meetings are held on the third Monday of the month in the County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View at 1:30 p.m.

Insurance Committee Meeting

The purpose of the Insurance Committee is to provide access to high-quality benefit plans and services for employees and their dependents while maintaining costs to St. Johns County and the participating employees. The Committee’s function is strictly advisory in nature. It is anticipated that one or more St. Johns County Commissioner may attend this meeting.
