St. Johns County Thanksgiving Holiday Office Hours

All departments of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners, St. Johns County administrative offices, library branches and bookmobiles, the Supervisor of Elections Office, the Property Appraiser’s Office, the Tax Collector’s Office, and the Clerk of Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s Office will be closed Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

St. Johns County libraries will resume regular business hours on Saturday, Nov. 25, and all other offices will resume regular business hours on Monday, Nov. 27.

Garbage and recycling will not be collected on Nov. 23. Collections will be delayed one day, with all routes being completed by Nov. 25. The Tillman Ridge and Stratton Road transfer stations will be closed on Nov. 23. The transfer stations will resume standard business hours on Nov. 24. Additionally, residents can download the Recycle Coach app or visit www.recyclestjohns.com to obtain curbside collection schedules, sign up for alerts, and quickly learn how to properly dispose of different household waste materials.
