At the May 2 Board of County Commissioners meeting, St. Johns County Commissioners voted to give County Attorney David Migut permission to sue Beachwalk developer John Kinsey for not completing the County Road 210 Widening Project as directed. “At this time, they just haven’t fulfilled that commitment,” Commissioner Christian Whitehurst said.
