St. Johns County Closing Nease Beachfront Park August 5 to 12 for Fumigation of Nease House; Parking Limited from August 12 to 26

St. Johns County will close Nease Beachfront Park (3171 Coastal Highway, St. Augustine) from Monday, Aug. 5, through Monday, Aug. 12, to keep parkgoers away from potential chemical hazards while Nease House undergoes fumigation for insects.

After the park’s reopening, the parking lot will experience disturbances through August 26 while contractors use it to stage during further interior renovations of Nease House.
