St. Johns County New Year’s Holiday Office Hours

In observance of the New Year’s holiday, all departments of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners, St. Johns County administrative offices, library branches, the Supervisor of Elections Office, the Property Appraiser’s Office, the Tax Collector’s Office, and the Clerk of Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s Office will be closed Wednesday, Jan. 1. All government offices will resume standard hours on Thursday, Jan. 2.
All St. Johns County library branches will close at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 31, and remain closed through Jan. 1. All libraries will resume standard business hours on Jan 2.
Garbage, recycling, and yard waste will not be collected on Jan. 1. Beginning Jan. 2, collections will be delayed one day with all routes being completed by Saturday, Jan. 4. The Tillman Ridge and Stratton Road transfer stations will be closed on Jan. 1 and will resume standard business hours on Jan. 2.
