Mickler’s Landing Beachfront Park to Temporarily Close for Repaving

St. Johns County will temporarily close Mickler’s Landing Beachfront Park, located at 1109 Ponte Vedra Blvd., Ponte Vedra Beach, for repaving on Monday, Jan. 23. It will reopen Friday, Jan. 27.

St. Johns County rescheduled this project due to Hurricane Nicole. The purpose of this project is to repair any damage caused by the heavy equipment staged at the park during the FEMA Dune Enhancement Project.

Alternative beach access parking lots in Ponte Vedra include Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve and South Ponte Vedra Recreation Park. To find information on other St. Johns County beach access points, visit www.sjcfl.us/beaches.
