This non-zoning variance application requests to reduce the NORTH, EAST and WEST property line scenic edge buffer to 20’ in accordance with LDC Article VI, Section 6.06.02.G and 6.06.02.H due to the unusual shape of the property. We will discuss the proposed development, provide understanding on the variance process, share a conceptual plan, and receive comments from the public and adjacent property owners.
