NOTICE   OF   NORTHWEST   SECTOR   COMMUNITY   PLANNING   PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING REGARDING FCE Daily’s Place CPA(SS)2025-13 an application to change the Future Land Use Category of 7.7 acres (consisting of parcels north and south of Otoe’s Place) from Residential B to Community Commercial with a text policy reducing and limiting development to no more than 20,000 square feet of commercial general space with geographic use limitations and prohibited uses by parcel. The text policy also provides specific Scenic and Development Edge dimensions along with compatibility buffers.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a community meeting will be held to discuss the proposed application on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the above-referenced address. The public is welcome to attend and participate.

NOTICE OF NORTHWEST SECTOR COMMUNITY PLANNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION MEETING REGARDING Ashford Mills Planned Unit Development (PUD) Application for Major Modification (MAJMOD 2026000002).

This community workshop is being held to allow the public an opportunity to learn about the project identified as Ashford Mills PUD major modification located at 0 Shearwater Parkway Saint Augustine, FL 32092. The subject parcel is located at the southeast quadrant of County Road 210 and Shearwater Parkway and within the Northwest Sector of St. Johns County. This major modification request only affects commercial parcel No. 009945-0100 (southeast corner of CR 210 and Shearwater Pkwy). The request includes interconnectivity with the adjacent commercial parcel and a reduction of the buffers between the two commercial parcels. This modification does not affect currently approved uses.
