PROPOSED PROJECT SITE

This community workshop is being held to allow the public an opportunity to learn about the project identified as Henry Orthodontics PUD rezoning located at 5643 and 5645 State Road 16, Saint Augustine, FL 32092, located just north of International Golf Parkway that is within the Northwest Sector of St. Johns County. The project proposes to rezone the two (2) subject parcels from Open Rural (OR) to PUD to accommodate a maximum of 29,600 square feet of commercial and medical office uses as permitted in the Neighborhood Commercial zoning designation of the Land Development Code. The proposed uses will be consistent with the Residential A future land use designation of the Comprehensive Plan.

Application PUD 2024-02, a request to rezone ± 3.08 acres of land located at 10150 Cartwheel Bay Avenue, Saint Johns FL, 32259 from Open Rural (OR) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow for a maximum 22,500 square feet of commercial uses.
