Board of County Commissioners Meeting

The St. Johns County Board of County Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays each month commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL. The Board reserves the right to cancel and or change the meeting schedule as needed. Most Public Hearings for the County Commission will be advertised for 9:00 a.m. It will be left to the discretion of the BCC Chair as to the most appropriate time to break for recess. *Per Board Rule 4.102: The Board shall not hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of January or the first Tuesday of July. Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals (CBAA)

The St. Johns County Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals hold monthly meetings on the third Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m. with the exception of the January and February meetings. The meetings will take place in the St. Johns County Permit Center located at 4040 Lewis Speedway, St. Augustine

Development Review Committee (DRC)

The Development Review Committee (DRC) consists of a representative of each department/program responsible for participating in the review of development plan applications with the intent of providing information regarding development applications.  This meeting is held every Wednesday.

This meeting is open to the public, however, there is no public comment portion and is informational in purpose.

Affordable Housing Advisory Committee

PUBLIC EVALUATION MEETING FOR RFP 2476; MANAGEMENT OF SOLOMON CALHOUN COMMUNITY CENTER POOL

St. Johns County Administration Building; Aviles Conference Room

The purpose of this meeting is for various staff, with the Evaluation Committee to discuss, summarize individual evaluations; announce scores of Proposers; and, if applicable, shortlist Proposers to the subject RFP for eventual recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. This is a public meeting and will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of Florida’s Sunshine Laws.

• Announcement of Individual Evaluators’ Scores
• Discussion of Shortlist (if applicable)
• Adjourn Meeting

SADRB meets on the 4th Thursday of every month. December meeting moved to 3rd Thursday due to holidays.

Housing Finance Authority

*Please note that the meeting location has been changed for this date only. We will meet at the Oaks at St. Johns Apartments. Future meetings will resume at the usual location unless otherwise noted.

The HFA meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 3pm in the Health & Human Services Building, except for November and December when the Authority meets on the 3rd Thursday of those months due to the holidays.

Tourist Development Council Workshop

The St. Johns County Tourist Development Council will conduct a workshop to explore the potential development of a Countywide Signature Seasons Initiative. This workshop was requested by the TDC Board and will be held in advance of a regularly scheduled meeting.

The workshop is open to the public.
