Clearance Sheets/Review Status
The clearance sheet is a document which contains a variety of information on a parcel of land which is needed throughout the permitting process. This includes the 911 address, flood information, zoning setbacks, minimum floor elevations, traffic analysis, comp plan information, etc.
Clearance sheets for single family, duplexes, interior work for commercial projects, pools, barns and model homes for approved PUDs are obtained from the front counter in the County Permit Center located at 4040 Lewis Speedway. Commercial projects which require DRC review obtain a clearance sheet from the Development Review Counter after the project has been approved by DRC.
