Building Operations

The Building Operations Division is responsible for property management and operations of approximately 2 million square feet of County facilities, including the Hastings School building and the Health & Human Services building. Building Operations manages:

• Life safety and access control systems
• The Central Receiving mail program
• Janitorial and facility maintenance services to select sites
• Complaints regarding Civil Rights or the Americans with Disabilities Act issues within St. Johns County facilities and programs
