The plan identifies projects and policies that will supply projected demands through 2030. This was presented at Planning and Zoning Agency and Board of County Commissioners meetings for review and approval. Amendment and Water Supply Facility Work Plan.

Eastern Standard Time Watering Schedules St. Johns County Utilities recommends residents and businesses follow the St. Johns River Water Management District's EST watering restrictions. These restrictions are designed to ensure the efficient use of water for landscape irrigation and help maintain healthy lawns year-round. The mandatory restrictions include appropriate watering times, the amount of water that may be used, and the days when watering may occur for residential and nonresidential locations.
