Learn the Beach Rules
St. Johns County holds workshops and training sessions to let people know about beach access policies in compliance with the Habitat Conservation Plan and permitting requirements. Beach use policies affect hours, lighting, vehicles, and horses on the beach. To find out about training and workshops or to schedule a workshop, please call (904) 209-0331.

The beaches of St. Johns County are recognized as important nesting habitat for coastal wildlife and for offering a variety of recreational uses. To ensure a safe habitat for all to enjoy there are rules and regulations to support sharing the beach.
