Facilities Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance Division provides the full spectrum of facility maintenance and repair services for approximately 2 million square feet of County facilities. These properties include:

• Recreational parks and entertainment venues
• Public safety facilities
• General administrative offices
• Criminal justice facilities

The program’s goal is to ensure that County buildings and facilities reliably and efficiently perform the functions for which they were designed and constructed throughout their service life.
