Surplus Property Sales

In an effort to maximize the recovery of money invested in County owned surplus property, the County has signed an agreement with a firm known as Great Expectations Auction Company, LLC. This firm maintains a website with a page dedicated to listing information regarding St. Johns County surplus property that is available for sale to the public.
