Commissioners Arnold and Whitehurst attend to listen to community feedback.

St. Johns County hosted a community meeting on April 2, 2025, at Pacetti Bay Middle School to discuss plans for Pacetti Bay Neighborhood Park and solicit feedback from area residents.

District 1 Commissioner Christian Whitehurst and District 2 Commissioner Sarah Arnold joined Parks and Recreation Director Ryan Kane, Parks and Recreation Assistant Director Jamie Baccari, Parks and Recreation Project Manager Tim Connor, Public Works Project Manager Christopher Langford, and CIP Program Manager Jason McKay at the meeting to answer questions.

The project is set to include two playgrounds for different age groups, a pavilion, a basketball court, a dog park, walking trails, an open green space, and expanded parking.
