Facilities Management
Overview
Facilities Management provides comprehensive facilities services including property management and maintenance for all properties and buildings owned by the Board of County Commissioners.
Our Goal
Each division of Facilities Management strives to provide an attractive, clean, and safe environment for all users of County facilities in a cost effective manner, utilizing knowledgeable and courteous staff with up-to-date equipment and methodologies.
Divisions
Building Operations
The Building Operations Division is responsible for property management and operations of approximately 2 million square feet of County facilities, including the Hastings School building and the Health & Human Services building.
Facilities Maintenance
The Facilities Maintenance Division provides the full spectrum of facility maintenance and repair services for approximately 2 million square feet of County facilities.
Civil Rights Act and Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance
We are also responsible to ensure that our facilities and staff procedures and practices are compliant with current Civil Rights Act and Americans with Disabilities Act rules and regulations as well as handle requests for information and complaints.
