Canopy Shores Park

This 33-acre parcel, purchased in 2004 with funding assistance from the Florida Communities Trust Florida Forever Program, is located in southern St. Johns County along the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway in the Shores Community along Christina Drive, adjacent to the Riverview Club.

The park affords the visitor many opportunities to enjoy nature under the large oak hammock canopy that gives the park its name. Canopy Shores Park includes a one-mile paved loop for walking, biking, and birdwatching. Mutt Mitts are provided for those guests who like to walk with their canine companions.
