RFP 1796; Appraisals & Appraisal Related Services – Evaluation Meeting

 The purpose of this meeting is for various staff, with the Evaluation Committee to discuss, summarize individual evaluations; announce scores/rankings of Proposers; and, if applicable, shortlist Proposers to the subject RFP for eventual recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. This is a public meeting and will be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of Florida’s Sunshine Laws.

Agenda:

• Call Meeting to Order

• Public Comment – Limit 3 minutes per speaker

• Announcement of Individual Evaluators’ Scores/Rankings

• Discussion of Shortlist (if applicable)

• Adjourn Meeting

If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which such record includes the evidence upon which the appeal is made.
