St. Johns County Planning and Zoning Agency Public Hearing for Ponte Vedra Resort Rescheduled to Sept. 21, 2023

The St. Johns County Planning and Zoning Agency (PZA) public hearing for PUD 2023-02 Ponte Vedra Resort will be rescheduled to Sept. 21, 2023, at the request of the applicant, Ponte Vedra Corporation. This meeting will begin at 11 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium, located at 500 San Sebastian View.

This item was scheduled to appear before the PZA on Aug. 17.

This item is still scheduled to appear before the Ponte Vedra/Palm Valley Architectural Review Committee on Sept. 6 at 5 p.m. in the Sawgrass Marriott Champions Room, located at 1000 TPC Blvd., Ponte Vedra Beach. The item will also appear before the Ponte Vedra Zoning and Adjustment Board on Sept. 11 at 11 a.m. in the St. Johns County Auditorium.
