If not serving alcohol at a Private Event, you only need to fill out the first two pages of the application. 

All questions must be filled out completely and signed
with a witnessed signature in order to process.

Pavilion Fees

• Ocean Pier
  $150.00 plus tax ($9.00) for the day ($159.00).
  Non-County Residents $200.00 plus $12.00 tax ($212.00).

• Vilano Beach and Vilano Pier Pavilion
  $75.00 plus tax ($4.50) for the day ($79.50).
  Non-County Residents $100.00 plus $6.00 tax ($106.00).

• Picnic Pavilions
  $30.00 plus tax ($1.80) for a 4 hour time slot ($31.80).
  Non-County Residents $40.00 plus $2.40 tax ($42.40).

Payment is due when application is submitted. Reservations booked less than three weeks prior to event must be paid by cash or money order. There will be a bank service fee charged, in addition to cost of reservation fee, for returned checks. Cash only will be accepted as payment for returned checks.
